IList.getFileString

Returns the string data contained in a referenced data file.

Syntax

public String 
getFileString(String columname)
  throws NoSuchFieldException

Parameters

columnname

The name of the column.

Description

The getFileString method returns the string data contained in the referenced file.

Returns

Returns the string value, which can be null.

Throws

NoSuchFieldException

If you specified a column name that does not belong to this row.
