ICS.decode

Splits the attribute portion of a URL string into a set of attributes.

Syntax

public void 
decode(String sAttributes,
       Map map)

Parameters

sAttributes

Attribute string in the following format: k1=v1&k2=v2&....

map

Set of key/value pairs from the string.
